HOW WE'RE HELPING YOU THROUGH COVID-19: an open letter to our clients

Knowing that we will all be adjusting to the changes happening in our lives with COVID-19, we wanted to send out a quick update on everything we’re doing to help you. We want you to know all the resources available and the options you have as a homeowner. We are working very hard to provide you with special assistance programs, and we will keep you updated as solutions become available.

First off, if you are coming into hard financial times due to COVID-19, we want you to know you are not alone. We are here to help you find solutions, and we have options for you to explore. Please reach out to us if you need assistance, and we will be updating everyone on the options as we know more, as well.

Next, we value your health and our own. To keep our team members healthy and available to serve you, we are enabling all of them to work from home. Anybody that can work from home will be so that we can keep team members safe and minimize any impacts to serving our customers. That being said, please be understanding if you hear a dog barking or kids playing in the background. We are in the same boat as you!

Finally, we’d like to thank you for your patience. Our phones are super busy right now, and we know how frustrating it is to wait, especially when things are so hectic and uncertain. We are doing our best to be there for you and we appreciate you all.

We’re navigating challenging times that are constantly changing right now. We’re figuring it out with you- but together, we will get through it.
